Our coordinator pairs you on skills, goals and chemistry (you can request a re-match).
First meeting: sign a mentoring agreement, set goals and a meeting cadence.
Monthly 1:1s over 6 months — guided by conversation toolkits & development plans.
Mid-point check-in and a closing review; celebrate growth and next steps.
