Click Password & account or call ext. 4000. Self-service reset is available once you’ve enrolled in MFA.
How do I request a new device?
Raise a ticket under Hardware request with your line manager’s name; 3–5 working days subject to stock and approval.
Field connectivity at OML 29?
Provided at CPF, flow-station hubs and Nembe FLB. For remote sites, request a satellite allocation under Network.
Service desk hours?
7:00am–7:00pm Mon–Sat. For urgent, work-stopping issues out of hours, call ext. 4001.
